Snowboard Tuning Rates:

| Ironed Wax | $20 | For the fastest base speed on the flats, get your snowboard waxed every 5-10 rides. An ironed wax service includes base clean, pre-brush, hand-ironed wax, scrape and two-stage finishing brush. We have different snowboard specific waxes for the temperature of the snow you'll be riding. Cold Temperature snowboard wax is a harder formula so will last longer between waxes, colder/harder snow causes more abrasion of the base. A warm wax is great for spring time as the wax aids in shedding water from the base, your glide is as fast as possible in stickier wetter conditions. The all-temp wax is the half way point between a hard cold temp wax and a softer warm temp wax. This means it's great for everyday use when the temperatures are not at the extremes of warm/frigid or if you simply don't know when you'll be snowboarding next. We can also apply a storage wax to your snowboard on request, this is just like a regular wax except the wax is not scraped. Leaving a layer of wax on the snowboard during storage seals the base from drying out. We are happy to scrape the wax off when you're ready to ride again the following fall for free. |
| Edge Tune | $20 | We recommend getting your snowboard's edges tuned if you are struggling for grip on ice, drifting instead of carving, or seeing burs, imperfections, or rust on your edge. A sharp edge carves deeper into hard snow giving precision control and making your snowboard change direction even better than new. Our tuning experts use hand tools to finely craft a sharp edge in many stages: Firstly any burrs from the edge due to collisions with rocks will be removed. Next, the base bevel angle will then be checked and adjusted if required. The boards current edge angle is then determined and sharpened. The edge is polished with a diamond stone and checked for sharpening burrs. |
| Base Grind | $20 | Damage on the base of your snowboard caused by rocks and stumps can be smoothed out with a base grind. Every time the board is ground a micro amount of snowboard base & edge is removed, causing the snowboard to be fractionally thinner. A snowboard can only be ground a handful of times, we therefore recommend a maximum of once a winter. |
| Complete Tune | $60 | The complete tune includes P-Tex repair, base grind, edge tune and ironed wax. The complete tune is great to have your snowboard fully refreshed to ride like new for the upcoming winter. Alternatively have your snowboard fully tuned at the end of the winter, which can include a storage wax. A storage wax is just like a regular wax except the wax is not scraped. Leaving a layer of wax on the snowboard during storage seals the base from drying out. If you request a storage wax for your snowboard, we are happy to scrape the wax off when you're ready to ride again the following fall for free. |
| NANOX Premium Ironed Wax | $25 | NANOX Premium wax uses a nano-technology formula to provide high performance in all snow conditions and temperatures. With this wax your snowboard will be noticeably faster on flats compared to regular snowboard wax at any snow temperature. Nanox wax is also produced using renewable energy and is fluoro-free. |
| 88° Premium Sidecut Edge Tune | $25 | Want more grip? Want to carve deep surfing turns on hard snow? You need the 88° premium edge tune. Prepare to feel a massive difference in edge grip and turning smoothness after the premium edge tune is performed. Our master snowboard tuners will perform a 14 stage sharpening process using the finest metal files and diamond stones. The edge is de-burred, base beveled, set to 88° with 3 different grades of metal file and finally polished with 3 different diamond stones on the side & base edge. |
| Premium Complete Tune incl. 88° Sidecut Edge Tune / NANOX Wax | $70 | The Premium Complete Tune includes the following: P-Tex repair, base grind, premium 88° edge tune, premium Nanox wax. We can also apply a storage wax to your snowboard on request, this is just like a regular wax except the wax is not scraped. Leaving a layer of wax on the snowboard during storage seals the base from drying out. We are happy to scrape the wax off when you're ready to ride again the following fall for free. |

| P-Tex Repair | from $10 | If you scratch or gouge the base of your snowboard typically from from hitting rocks/stumps, we can fill the damage with P-Tex. After application of the hot plastic to the board, the area is ground flat to restore the board to it's prior performance. Price varies based on the severity of the repair. |
| Base Patch | from $20 | A base patch is used on a snowboard where the base scratch or gouge damage from hitting rocks/stumps is too extreme for P-Tex repair. Our experts will remove a section of base around the damage and cut an exact sized base patch. This patch is adhered to the wood core / edge of the snowboard and left to cure. The snowboard is then base ground to level the repair to be perfectly flat. Price varies based on the severity of the repair. This repair requires curing time of adhesives and therefore can take multiple days to be completed. |
| Edge Repair | from $20 | Dinged, dented or de-lamed your snowboard's metal edge? Price varies based on the severity of the repair. This repair may require curing time of adhesives and therefore can take multiple days to be completed. |
| Edge Replacement | from $60 | If you've done serious damage to your edge and need a portion of the metal edge replaced, you may require an edge replacement. Our experts can repair your board by removing the damaged section of edge and inserting a replacement section. Once the replacement edge securely adhered to the snowboard, the edge is tuned and polished to the specific angle required. Price varies based on the severity of the repair. This repair requires curing time of adhesives and therefore can take multiple days to be completed. |
| BOA Boot Lace Repair | from $15 | Need your snowboard boot's BOAs re-threaded or replaced? We repair snowboard boot BOAs for a flat rate. Our tuning shop has a supply of BOA parts on-hand. |
For next-day pickup, please drop your snowboard off with us by 5pm the night before.
