Shipping

We offer free Canada Post Expedited shipping on orders over $100* (exemptions apply).

Snowboards on sale with a heavy discount are exempt from the free shipping over $100. 

We ship Canada wide and now to the United States. 

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). Expect your package to be shipped out on the next business day following the day you place an order. Should the delay be longer, we will contact you to let you know. Once shipped we will send you a link to track your order, deliveries can take up to 8 business days.

Returns

We accept returns if the item is unused with receipts, tags and stickers intact. Items returned within 30 days will receive full refund or store credit, this includes sale items. Return postage costs will be at your own expense.

Please write your order number on the return packaging for us to process the return. You can expect a refund within 5 business days of us receiving the return item.

Packaging your product for return

Shoes, snowboard bindings, goggles, and boots must include the original box in its original condition, without postal labels, stickers or tape stuck directly to it.

Warranty

If you have a manufacturing defect with a product within the manufacturers warranty period, please email photos of the defect to [email protected]. We will then contact you to complete the warranty process.
